Written byAARON MASON

Bronik Youngman enjoyed a victorious debut at a show in Attleborough.

The All Comers fighter came through on a unanimous decision against K Potter from Ipswich’s Patrick’s ABC with coach Paddy Smith pleased at the way he had conducted himself.

Smith said: “We did well to get him to box, but he boxed a lot better than I thought he would.

“He was nice and strong and his fight was awarded bout of the night, so I’m very pleased for him.”

Clubmate Frazer Unwin maintained his unbeaten record on a bill in Sudbury by beating home boxer Leon Thomas on a unanimous verdict.

He made it four wins in a row with a strong display against Thomas, who has won five of his seven contests.

Smith said: “It was a really good bout and you couldn’t pick a lot in it.”
