Three men arrested on suspicion of stealing diesel from farm in Soham

Three men have been arrested on suspicion of stealing diesel from a farm in Soham.

Police were called to a farm located off Great Fen Road at around 1.15am this morning (Tuesday) after a security officer dialled 999.

Officers arrived and found three men on the site.

Two men aged 23 and one man aged 21 were arrested on suspicion of theft.

Two vehicles, a Honda Accord and Vauxhall Vectra, were also seized, and police say a quantity of cannabis was found inside one of the vehicles.

The three men are currently in custody at Parkside Police Station in Cambridge.
