Teen who died suddenly in Soham is named as Pasha Clark, 16

A teenage girl who died suddenly in Soham has been named as 16-year-old Pasha Clark.

Pasha, a year 11 student at Soham Village College, suffered a cardiac arrest following a medical incident at her home in Soham High Street just after 10.30pm on Sunday.

Emergency services, including the East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA), attended but Pasha sadly died at the scene.

Carin Taylor, principal of Soham Village College, described Pasha as a “bright individual”.

She said: “We were very sad to hear of the loss of Pasha Clark on Sunday evening.

“Pasha was a year 11 student at Soham Village College - a bright individual who was particularly passionate about art.

“Our thoughts are with Pasha’s family and friends at this very difficult time.”

Droves of people have also paid tribute to Pasha on Facebook.

One person wrote: “So sad. Condolences to her family. Sleep well little girl xx.”

Another said: “Thinking of all family and friends at this incredibly sad time. Another angel taken too soon.”

A spokesman for Cambridgeshire Police said: “We were called to reports of the sudden death of a teenage girl at an address in Soham at 10.45pm on Sunday.

“The death is not being treated as suspicious and has been passed to the coroner.”

An inquest into Pasha’s death will be opened this week.
