Two vehicle collision on Witchford Main Street

One woman received minor injuries after a two vehicle collision in Witchford today (Friday, November 8).

Police were called to the scene at the junction of Witchford Main Street and Grunty Fen at 2.15pm.

The road remained closed while vehicle recovery took place and it was reopened at around 4pm.

A police spokesman said: “We were called by the ambulance service at around 2.15pm to a two vehicle collision in Witchford, where one woman had minor injuries.”

A spokeswoman for the East of England Ambulance Service confirmed that the woman was taken to Addenbrooke’s.
