Outstanding King’s Ely students and guests gathered for a celebration of achievement at Ely Cathedral for the school’s annual senior prizegiving ceremony.

The guest speaker – theatre director and founder of the National Youth Arts Trust - Fiona Laird, a former pupil at the school, presented a host of awards and prizes to over 100 talented young people.

The occasion was also an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of the Year 13 prize winners.

“It was wonderful to celebrate the achievements of our prize winners within the context of the whole school’s achievements,” said head of King’s Ely Senior, Alex McGrath.
