Motorcyclist 'seriously' injured in crash on A10 at Stretham

A motorcyclist suffered serious injuries in a collision on the A10 this morning (Monday).

Emergency services, including the East Anglian Air Ambulance, were called to Cambridge Road, Stretham - close to the windmill - and arrived to find a collision involving a car and a motorcycle.

The incident occurred at around 8.15am.

A spokeswoman for the East of England Ambulance Service said the motorcyclist is a man aged in his 50s and that he was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital by land ambulance.

A spokesman for Cambridgeshire Police said the man suffered “serious but not life-threatening injuries”.
