Meet celebrity auctioneer David Palmer at special talk

Antiques and colourful waistcoats will be the subject of a talk in Ely.

The Friends of Ely Museum have invited celebrity auctioneer David Palmer, who lives in the city, to host a ‘Meet the Auctioneer’ event.

Mr Palmer, 54, who is famous for appearing on television programmes such as Flog It!, will be speaking about his work and looking at various interesting items currently on show at the museum.

The event is being held at the museum’s Vernon Cross Meeting Room on Thursday, February 6 at 7.30pm.

Entry is £1.50 for museum members and £2 for non-members.
