Hunt to find lorry driver who failed to stop at accident in Littleport

A lorry driver failed to stop following a collision with a car.

A police investigation has been launched following the incident on the A1101 at Littleport.

The driver of a red Ford Fiesta suffered minor injuries in the collision, which happened near to the junction with Burnt Chimney Drove, at 6.40pm on Tuesday (November 26).

The lorry failed to stop at the scene and continued towards Littleport.

Pc Andy Free said: “I would urge anyone who saw the collision or where the lorry went afterwards to call police.

“I would also appeal to the lorry driver to come forward.”
