Popular author Elly Griffiths will be in Ely next month.

The talk, organised by Ely’s Toppings and Company Booksellers, is being held at St Peter’s Church, in Broad Street, on Wednesday (February 12).

A spokeswoman for Toppings said: “We have loved Elly Griffiths’ Norfolk-based crime series about forensic archaeologist Ruth Galloway ever since the first book, The Crossing Places, and we were very excited to hear about the latest instalment, The Outcast Dead.

“Elly is a fantastic speaker and her readings from the book are superb.
