It’s the star of one of the most popular Christmas adverts of all time - and it’s coming to Ely next month.

Bosses at Coca Cola have announced that its Christmas truck will be coming to Ely as part of its annual festive tour around the UK.

Families will be able to get up close to the iconic truck and enjoy a whole host of festive activities when it comes to Market Place on Tuesday, December 17.

A spokeswoman for Coca Cola said: “Christmas will soon be here, and to celebrate the start of the festive season we’re sending our iconic Christmas truck on tour, bringing Coca‑Cola magic to people up and down the country.

“The star of the legendary ‘Holidays are Coming’ advert will be touring the nation, making 52 stops along the way and surprising consumers with a selection of festive treats from November 23 to December 23.”

The bright red truck will be in the city centre from 1pm right the way through to 9pm.
