Working composer Nicholas Simpson visited Soham Village College to work with students on composition in music.
The event was organised through the ‘Composers in Action’ project, which arranges for working composers to visit schools.
The pilot project is being led by Dr Frankie Williams and partners include Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge Youth Music and the University of Cambridge Music Outreach.
It is being funded by the Cambridgeshire Music Partnership Hub and John Lewis.
