Cookery lovers listen up.

The Amnesty International Ely City Group has published a new recipe book.

The book, entitled Food for Freedom, contains 44 delicious recipes from every continent, including some unusual ones from countries including Iraq, Russia, Finland and Sicily.

The book, which will raising funds for Amnesty International, has been professionally printed by Burwell Press.

It is illustrated with pen and ink drawings by local artist and Amnesty member, Barbara Grafton.

Chefs Claudia Roden and Guy Harrington contributed recipes, and its front cover photograph was taken by Jason Bell, who photographed the christening of Prince George.

The book costs £6, or £7.50 with postage and packing, and can be bought by e-mailing info@amnestyely.org.uk or from www.graftonart.biz/products/amnesty/.
